I think pretty much that is what has been said.. according to some ITKs on other site.. deal is either done next week or it's dead...

 

The only thing that will annoy me is if he wants to stay and we sell him anyway or we don't reinvest the money.

If he wants to stay and we tell Arsenal where to go, happy days. If he wants to go and we sell, I wish him the best of luck and we hopefully reinvest the money.

As I say, if he is pushed out the door or we don't reinvest the money, then a lot of people will rightly be angry; but based on the summer so far, there's no reason to assume either of those things will happen.

ARSENAL are still to meet Celtic’s valuation for Scotland internationalist Kieran Tierney despite tabling a second offer for the player.

It is understood that the London club returned to Celtic this weekend with an improved offer for the 22-year-old but reports that they had tabled a deal in line with the Parkhead side’s £25m pricetag on Tierney are believed to be wide of the mark.

Sources within Celtic have insisted that they do not wish to sell the player and nor are they courting offers for the fullback. Tierney had been subject to an original £15m bid from Arsenal in June but the second multi-layered offer which would have been comprised of a series of instalment payments has yet to reach the full valuation that Celtic will require before they give consideration to the sale of the player who came through their Academy structure.

For me, i think the way Celtic have went about their business this window has been refreshing. We've shown we're willing to pay a substantial amount for the right player.

Want this resolved 1 way or the other and the party who pushed the deal through either Celtic or KT to man the * up and tell the truth!
