@Shelby I'm not saying you're wrong but it's interesting you say Lenny's team have been uninventive and boring but it started under Rodgers.

Lenny took over Rodgers' team, and he is a top class manager so I think we should give Lenny till November to see what he's made of these days.

If we're still playing like Rodgers' 2018/19 team at that point then aye I'm sure we'll all agree with you but who the * wants that to happen?

Ha ha, you are kind; but I think most of the forum would agree that the only thing I always have a way of nailing is any opportunity for * innuendo (see above ).

But, yeah. I have serious man love for Broony right now. After watching Lustig's decline and departure this past two seasons, I think I've totally accepted that this season or next will be Broony's last before the inevitable and so I'm enjoying him while I can. I spent a lot of time time against Sarajevo just watching his movement and positioning. His awareness is incredible: both in terms of seeing a pass and in terms of seeing potential danger before it materialises.

We better be putting him through his coaching badges.

Like RR I find myself watching Broony even off the ball and the thought goes through my mind that he's only probably got another year or two then I remember my mindfulness lessons and just enjoy what I'm seeing.
