He's doing it deliberately to force a move..

He downed tools and that didn't work so now he's being ultra vocal to force us in to selling him for less than what we should be getting..

 

I argee its £8-10 pound at this point if he keeps talking

What's this * done now?? His few fans left must be changing their minds in their droves. Obvious for a long time this guy does not want to be here. I don't want that either. I've still not read what he's said but I can guess. Ahh but he can be brilliant sometimes.. half of us on here would probably have a higher ratio.

This is the problem when a club stops a player moving when he wants to go. Happened with boyata, nearly happened with dembele and clearly ntcham wanted to go to Porto. The players have all the power now, contracts mean nothing. But surely the player should be professional enough not to down tools as ntcham obviously has.

 

Club need to stamp down and tell him anymore public outbursts that not only will he be training with the kids but that he will doing it for the remainder of his contract...get him fined to * as well.

 

The sad reality is we would not have missed him had we sold him last season. Christie and Hendo were here already who both did more last season.
Probably only get £8m for him now, but still a profit and a player who I think is easily replaced.

 

Well, that's that then. Disappointing. Pretty much have to punt him now.

 

He was absolutely brilliant against rangers in the first game last year, what a player we’d have if he had the commitment of someone like Christie. Should have bitten Porto’s arm off when they bid for him.

Honestly think people need to get a grip. He's a * footballer who is either taking a major * huff or is genuinely * depressed out his nut about whatever is happening in his life (yes it can happen to footballers too, just ask Griffiths) is it pish he doesn't like our club and he's smack talking us in his home press when we are still paying his wages? Aye. Would I love to see him in the reserves to teach him a lesson? Aye. Im a mature enough to understand * isn't always straightforward and there's obviously something not quite right with him at the moment regardless of where he would rather be playing his football? Aye

Just pathetic how everyone takes it personally and starts attacking the players like that. Grow up

 

I'd keep the valuation for him the same and if we don't get it have him training with the reserves just to get it right up him. Signing a contract should mean you are prepared to see out that contract, not just down tools whenever you feel like it and force the club in to selling you for less than what the valuation is.

 

Hopefully somebody comes in offering decent money for him and he can go back to France before the season starts .
