If we do end up spending another 10 on what we need, then I think we will not only coast the league, I honestly think we will get into the groups of the champions league as well.

 

Tbh mate from the outside looking in and playing “unknowns” people seem to think we have got an excellent chance of round 3 but when I see the unseeded teams in the playoff if everyone makes it through that could be the most difficult match

 

If we get the recruitment right I still think we will have enough though, we get a really good right back in, holding centre mid and possibly another forward since Lennon wants one I really do think that will be enough.

 

Every time there's a bit of excitement this window, something seems to go wrong (Jullien aside).

Very rarely is anything straight forward with us.

At the beginning of this week it looked like we'd have a rb (Smith), cm (Sawyers) and the Ecuadorian kid in by the end of the week and it all seems to have gone quiet again.

Certainly won't be patting anyone on the back until this window closes and we see exactly who has come in vs who has gone out.

I honestly think it's a bit of a disgrace that we haven't been able to get a rb in yet, given it's been one of the priorities for a couple of windows and it's putting Lenny under pressure to squeeze the defenders we do have in to a shape that's not ideal.
