    If this is true I seriously question what Hammond and Penrice in their roles at the club are doing or adding.

    Everyone we are linked with, we already have scouted or been linked with for seasons. Alternatively they are that obvious you wouldn’t need a scout (e.g. Duffy).

    Yip can file this under the Ajeti category in terms of someone we’ve watched before and been linked with and potentially reverting back to them again.

    Just to be clear I’m not saying we have put in a bid etc. But I was told this morning it is a player Hammond likes and he has asked the agent of his availability.

    2 years left on his Gent contract.

    I remember someone earlier in the window claiming one of Christie, CalMac or Brown would be away before the window closed. That’s why we were still keen on Turnbull.
