Genuinely here not looking to bash. But my suggestion would be especially at this time of year take everything you read in the MSM with a large pinch of salt. They won't say anything other then next season is the year for the zombies in public. But they know that the zombies are in deep * off the park and getting worse financially and they want to deflect away from those facts.
We on the other hand have won 9 domestic trophies in a row never ever done before. Where is the lauding and acclaim for that unprecedented achievement? Well it is nowhere because again they want to deflect away from those facts. Instead we see negative story after negative story. We all know there is a clear anti-Celtic agenda and the above is a clear in your face example of that.
Now we all know there must and needs to be fresh investment in the team this summer and that there also will likely be quiet a few players leaving. We also know we have limited money and limited ability to attract top players so it is not easy for Celtic. But we nonetheless are very early into the summer window. The fact that we have Champions league qualifiers coming up fast is not great but there is not much Celtic can do about that and the idea that can magically get all our transfer business done early so we are magically be in perfect position for these early European games is just not realistic.

As things stand we have spent decent money by our standards to bring in Turnbull and have seen Boyata, Izaguirre, Gamboa, Lustig and Allen all leave on free transfers. We will see how things move along over the next month but I am ok with where we are at right now and certainly not buying into the anti Celtic doom and gloom at Celtic MSM agenda.

Probably plenty of hun trolls on here stinking about in all the threads. Never met as many negative people on the streets and parkhead then on here.

 

The decision on whether Tierney wants to leave will be his the club can accept all the offers they want all he has to do is say not interested

 

Which begs the question if the rags are true (which I doubt) the. Why have they said McGregor not for sale at any price but trying to flog tierney.

Would love him to be here for 10 minimum, The only way him leaving would be even close to acceptable is that it is his decision and his alone with the club rejecting all offer's and only when the player requests then should a transfer even be considered.

Couldn't grudge him a move but this crap from our board that everyone has a price better not be * happening with a player who is more than one of our own.....else it may just be the straw that broke the camel's back with a huge section of our support.

 

Personally, I don’t think Tierney would want to leave at this point. However, it would not surprise me if Lawwell wants to sell him and makes attempts to push him out of the door.
