    Horrendous refereeing..

Should've been disqualified for the elbow alone and then that after the bell is ridiculous. No sure why it was ringing out for the 10 second count either..

@McGuire @Gyp Rosetti you two seem to be on the ball with boxing and I’m clueless about it so how likely/unlikely Joshua ever actually fights Wilder or Fury?

    It's hard to say..

If he does it won't realistically happen until the end of 2020 at the earliest..

He'll take the rematch with Ruiz by the end of this year. Fury and Wilder will get it on early 2020..

Personally I feel like he won't want either Wilder or Fury as both will beat him. Wilder knocks him out badly and Fury rips the * out of him..

If he loses the Ruiz rematch his career is over. If he wins it it will probably happen late 2020/early 2021..

A lot depends on Hearn imo, he wants to squeeze as much out his cash cow as he can. Even he knows big Fury boxes the heid aff him and * knows what damage Wilder might do.

    Bang on..

Disagreed about who's ducked who with @Bigbrute but Hearn in my opinion knows his prize possession is flaky. He's done wonders picking carefully picking his fights for year's by the way as the warning signs have been there for ages...it's just taking a Ruiz to exploit it..

Wish they were all under one company so they fights couldn’t be avoided or they’d be stripped in all honesty :56:

Ruiz is going to get humbled in the rematch, AJ was far too relaxed and over confident, even the bookies had Ruiz at 12/1 I think. He's not going to underestimate him next time.

If he gets on top of Wilder first then that's an easy fight.

Fury is an altogether different prospect, I was confident before last night, even though it was a mismatch, there's an incredible confidence about Fury, the kind that only folk who know they're brilliant possess. Would still love to see him fight AJ though.

Looking forward to the Wilder rematch now.

    It's * mate..

This is the annoying thing about boxing and the politics, especially when some of the promoters literally despise each other..

Sounds good in theory but it would kill boxing. Whoever held the monopoly could put on what they wanted, charge what they wanted, pay fighters as little as they wanted.

Big Fury putting on a boxing clinic.

I know it’s said constantly but his speed and movement are ridiculous for a 6 foot 9 giant.

I think we'll see AJ and Wilder before we see Aj and Fury, whenever that may be. Hearn and AJ want Wilder, defo. Don't think they're overly keen on Fury.
Regarding politics in boxing. Perfect example was Briedis fight the other night. WBC and WBA, I think, were putting their belts up for it, had an argument, both spat the dummy out and ended up withdrawing, making the fight worth no titles. Ridiculous.
