Our incompetence at board level is prohibiting our progress and it has done for years.
We need football minded people involved in decisions like manager appointments, and decisions which directly affect the team.

Lawell has made Dermott Desmond a lot of money im sure, but on the other hand im also sure that the club has not performed near to its maximum potential in a business sense.

I want Lawell out sooner rather than later and a real progressive mind brought in.

10 is all that matters, I don’t even care about the football anymore, it’s about sticking it right to every single one of the * in this bigoted toilet of a country.

Right the way through the majority of the population in this backward thinking belligerent backwater, I want to completely crush them for everything they have put us through. The upper echelons of Scottish society express their hate through the lower class outlet of a football club and their marching brethren. I want our club to lance them in the heart and let them drag their knuckles for eternity knowing that they lost and we won.

Europe and everything else can wait. This is the chance to silence and hurt this cretinous society. This is the revenge for the “No Dogs, No Irish” bigotry that our forefathers faced, the revenge for all the cheating, for the violence, for the naked sectarianism.

10 is the goal, the rest is a bonus......

What makes you think getting someone new in will change anything...they all follow the rules and guide lines set by DD.....new guy has to follow the same guide lines PL had to follow.

Can you really progress more than a treble treble? :56: aye we can try get a bit longer in Europe but we always get a * of a draw, and the champions league is just a money league now. Even if we did manage an ajax the teams dismantled the very next season by the money boys. Bring on Ten in a row, then 11, then 12.

    Mon the QAUDTREBLE!!!

Have to disagree, the fans maybe, but the board couldn't give a * and our transfer policy will confirm that.

LVG said Man U were now more a business than seeking success, that's what we seem to be doing. We're only interested in signing someone who can make money, success is secondary........... by a country mile.

You only have to look at this obsession with looking at these cross border rules and trying to pepper the squad with loan deals in the hope that we get lucky.

The likes of McGinn wasn't signed because our board felt spending £3m on him was too much of a risk as he's Scottish and won't command a big sell on fee. Plain and simple.

The board are halting our progress.

Every club has parameters that they try to operate within, just because a team has that doesnt mean their decisions are pre determined.

Desmond might have had a hand in the Ronny Deila appointment, but if it is to be believed he was 8th on the list. A decision which set us back.
Desmond didnt tell the board to reject an £8m bid for Boyata and then lose him for free.
He didnt tell the board to wait until the 11th hour before moving for Mcginn.
He didnt tell the board not to plan for the inevitable departure of Dembele on the last day of the transfer window.
He didnt tell the board to sign Comperr who has raked in circa 30k a week for three years.

These are huge * errors and poorly played gambles have cost our club millions, yet because we are being so conservative and still posting profit, its being made out as if Lawell is some kind of financial guru.
He is not a progressive thinker.

Lawell is halting progress, he's paid handsomely to look beyond 10iar.
