Vince finding the idea of somebody coming out with a *-scooper to be side-splittingly hilarious really sums up how * his season of humour is.

 

The old man just hasn't got a clue sadly. Who knows, maybe some competition will light a fire in him like during the Monday Night Wars but it seems like he's just too old now and he's just too out of touch to change.

 

Goldberg sucks.

 

Goldberg vs Taker, after doing DX vs Kane & Taker at their last Saudi show. Christ the night. And they used to insult WCW for using Hogan, Savage, Piper etc, all far younger and more relevant in the 90s than the likes of Goldberg are now. They don't even see the hypocrisy.

 

What's funny is that this type of stuff is meant to attract lapsed wrestling fans, but judging by social media a lot of those fans are laughing at the fact that two guys who were wrestling when they were babies/kids/teenagers/whatever are still wrestling after all these years. Even guys who haven't watched in years are asking where's all the new wrestlers? Why is two 50 year old wrestlers being promoted so heavily?

WWE have just lost their ability to make new stars who can appeal to the mainstream. The last one was Cena and they squeezed as much as they could out of him for 15 years and now he's a part-timer and who knows probably done completely soon enough. They could be in real trouble soon, they just can't wheel out Taker, Lesnar, Triple H or whoever forever.

The worst part is that they're not even using these old guys to put over younger guys like Reigns, Rollins, Strowman or whoever, they're just using them to face each other. Like with Triple H and Taker/HHH and Michaels vs Taker and Kane.
