I like your style. I only eat the Chicken and Mushroom pot noodles.

McDonald's and Costa both use the same quality of coffee beans. The main difference is that McDonald's is made by a machine, and Costa use a barista.

Didn’t know that, but would make sense as McDonalds is rather nice have to say and do like a Costa. Not a fan of Starbucks, but not have to say I’ve not had that many.

In my opinion, Starbucks do so well, not primarily on the quality of their coffee (which I think it good), but largely due to the drinks they do with all the extras.

Might be a bias from the States, but coffee in the region I live in feels semi-religious.

    0) Don't drink coffee or drink tea alone -- really?! (I like tea, so this isn't my view)

    1) Corner coffee -- delis, restaurant chains, gas stations, etc.

    2) Brand coffee, to go -- Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Dunkin' Donuts, etc.

    3) Brand coffee, at home -- Folgers, Chock Full O' Nuts, Illy, etc.

    4) Dedicated coffee -- any local roaster, where you're using a french press, Chemex, Aero press, nitro, cold press, or some other delicious nonsense.

I span the gamut because 'why not?!', but many I know are seriously and fully into one of these camps!

Don't really drink the instant coffee anymore since the good lady bought me a Dolce Gusto last year.

Love a latte everynow and again, was buying the dolce gusto boxes at between £5-6, then discovered Lidl's own make at £2.99 for x8 capsules.

Dynamite with a wee sweetener chucked in...

You can buy reusable pods and use your own ground coffee, I got rid of the dolice gusto for espresso machine,

Next time you offer a guest a coffee don't tell them how much you're going to charge them for it ...this works for me :86:

My mrs drinks ground coffee in a cafetiere but gets a different one each time NOT CARING about the taste on that caffeine hit.

Personally I like a whisky coffee with my morning joint, a lovely soft buzzzzzz to start my day.

Tried coffee a few times but I don't get all the fuss.

Do most people just smoke it or is it better if you inject it?

I'm a bit of a coffee addict to be honest. I have a little one cup cafetiere at the office which i use during the day and then at home i have a larger cafetiere and an n'espresso machine. I'll sometimes make an instant if i've no ground coffee or pods in but not very often.

I find the ground coffee and coffee pods from Lidl are great value for money :50:

Decent stuff that mate drink it from time to time at work, their other blends are good but usually go with the french as it's a 5 strength.

Must admit I’m fairly addicted to coffee and have been for years. Have between 4-6 big cups a day.

Much better these days to spend a bit extra on a top machine and use the beans, saves you a fortune on pods. Marks and Spencer’s do some lovely different flavours and blends, the Colombian golden beans are amazing.

If I’m out I will usually get a flat white, lattes and cappuccinos are just overpriced warm milk.. no to bad if you get an extra shot or two though ..
