How so? What about Neil Lennon and his character and his past actions would bring you to that conclusion?

Robbie Keane deal was sanctioned by DD but didn’t come out of ‘his pocket’. It’s hilarious that you think we’d break trading law and have it backed by Lawwell and Dermot Desmond so publically.

So this Bryan67 guy says “it might be Moyes or it might be Lennon but it also might be Benítez depending on his meeting with Ashley and if the other candidates we have spoken to aren’t suitable or turn is down” and your all lapping it up? :56:

That’s hedging bets if I ever saw it

Let's say Lenny did get the job, what would PL say when it is officially announced, i mean how will he justify the appointment ?

Can he honestly say they thought Lenny was the best man for the job, or that he has coached at the highest level ?

I just wonder how he would sell it to supporters.

    Same.

And I'm unsure if I'd rather Moyes or Lennon right now

Yes sanctioned by the Dermo who is the largest shareholder so it does come out of his pocket, he's the boss he says what goes, I didn't mean he reaches in and digs out wods of cash and gives it to the individual haha.

Anyone who wants Lennon in charge needs their head shook, banged or put in a bucket of water for about ten minutes. Tactical inept, technically ignorant and a dinosaur of football management. Hibs fans couldn't wait to get him out the door. He will not bring this club forward which is what we all want.

PS I love Lennon and what he's done for this club but going forward he is not the man

'Steadied the ship in our time of need'

'Understand the club and what the 10 means to the fans'

'Proven himself previously when winning the league.

    That kind of rhetoric.

Apart from the obvious, any other reason why Moyes was at CP the other day ?

No, it doesn’t. It comes out of the business, we are self ran, DD might be the largest shareholder but it isn’t his money. He doesn’t pay for anything.

    PLC rules doesn’t allow it.

Yes yes as people have said, I think they’re talking * there but that’s a different conversation than people trying to snidely say he’s a ‘yes man’ - like I said before, in all of his dealings with us over the years, what makes anyone think he’s just a meek little yes man?
