Not sure what’s wrong with griff. Is it definitely mental issues? Or is it addictive issues? Gambling/ drinking etc.
    Is anyone here 100% sure?

Fair enough, I just feel that feel like most of what affects us depends on how it’s dealt with. When people with mental illness are healed, if they go through the same situation as before that gave them problems, the whole point is to deal with the situation differently right? But you’re right environment has a lot to do with it too. I’m no expert I just dated a therapist for a while :giggle1:

Your definitely right about being in the right environment for a better chance to overcome the problems and learning to deal with a situation is the key goal. But with mental illness I don’t believe there is a healing as such as it will always be lurking but as you say the surrounding and recognising the triggers for a rough period definitely helps to deal long term and I suppose get your body prepared for the worst.

I think I understand what you were trying to say, but you made a bit of a * of it with how it came across.

I do work a lot with folk dealing with issues in my job and spend time with people dealing with all sorts. One of the main problems are the people with stuff dont really know this until it's a real issue, and even when then working with them they still cant understand the issue but just that theres a pain, feelings, emotions they cant cope with, just a darkness.

That being the case, how can you put a time frame on it? There does have to be a recovery plan, but it doesnt have a date for recovery like a leg break.

Currently I do think there is a double edge sword with the current level of awareness on mental health as hopefully it well help people, but already lots of schysters have appeared and it's become a coin making exercise in some quarters, however if raising the bar helps one person....job done.

Haha, brilliant! I'm hoping for a classic Eurovision moment like Mans Zimerlow, Lordi or the woman with the beard.

I am sure there are some rare exceptions, but most people with mental illness can not be healed. He is currently trying to get into the head-space that will allow him to manage the illness and life. He will most likely be in recovery for the rest of his life. That isn't as dramatic as it sounds, but it is incredibly dangerous to think you are healed.
They are all mental health issues.

If they aren't, they should be, though I am pretty sure they are.

If you genuinely think the first point to be true, i would ask you, do you think that we have performed to our potential since Rangers went under?

Lennon was not backed like he should have been in his first spell and he left as a result.
The deila appointment was detrimental to us and set us back when we should have been pulling away.
The Rodgers appointment was a reaction and put us back on the right track.
Last summers transfer window was a total disaster and those accountable should have been sacked.

And I was telling you that all the things you mentioned were mental health issues. Nowhere did I even give the remotest hint that I was privy to any sort of information on anything at all.
