Think after today the board would have made their mind up and think we will get a new manager now as that today was embarrassing and unacceptable performance from the players and lenny couldnt get a reaction out of them in the second half .
Also want to say since we only have 800 supporters at the shitdome i dont know if its affecting the players as thats two bad performances since we lost the whole stand and maybe 50000 screaming zombies is affecting them in some way and what do other supporters think .

I think it will be typical celtic.....leave lennon hanging.....find out who else is interested in the job and when they are all * give the job to lennon on the last day in the last hour of the transfer window then tell us all how celtic are delighted.:champ:

There was something not right about his body language today. I never thought I would see him looking so passive watching his team play at Ibrox, never mind play like that.

He’s looked scunnered for weeks. Complete opposite of how he looked when he took the job.

Have a feeling of utter contempt for that * winger switch at this point. It screams him being clueless to making an incisive or intelligent alteration to our set up if its not going our way.
Switch the wingers, confuse their full backs for 10 seconds and hope for the best. Honest to * man.

I saw it on twitter today after the match, don’t know if it’s completely accurate but I imagine it’s something similar

He has said a new striker is a top priority, I don't think he feels our current goal tally is acceptable either.

Thought he and the players performed like they all knew he was gone already... totally tepid display from them all. No shot on target until about the 80th minute or so said it all... no-one out there gave a * yesterday. Weakest bench I can remember in an age.

I did want Lennon as permanent manager but I'm not sure now.

    Probably not.

Id say beating Aberdeen comfortably twice were good performances.

Agreed, but it should be taken into account that they totally self imploded in the first game.

It would be interesting to get the first teams opinion of Lenny as he does not seem to be able to get the best out of this team . The odd good performance does not paper over the cracks.

With a few notable exceptions, I wouldn't want their opinions on anything. In a perfect world, most of them would find the locks had changed this morning.

And in the second game they should have been 2 goals ahead in the first half.

2 out of 11... Brilliant. Sign him up.

One of which we didn't look like scoring in until Aberdeen went down to 10 and imploded.

You are taking my comment out of context. I never said give him the job. Im just saying he deserves a bit better.

Who would have been better suited to take the interim job that was availible? Strachan?

Rodgers struggled with form this year whilst having a similarly depleted squad. There was a time where we were struggling to beat partick thistle who themselves were struggling in the league below us.

I think what you forget is that if we lost one of the 11/12 games before we played Rangers, it would have been huge for the title race. No it wasnt pretty and it was a grind but Lennon got us over the line.
