Barcelona have been neglecting the keeper position time and time again, in favor of ability on the ball. Ter Stegen is just another Valdes- average at saving goals, but great with the ball- first 2 goals are his fault. M City have a crap GK too.

 

Ter Stegen and Ederson are two of the best ‘keepers in the world.

Will Messi leave Barcelona ? Watching him last night with a past it at that level Suarez and Coutinho, that looked nowhere near good enough for them, he looked scunnered. Jordi Alba was utterly atrocious and Vidal, although a good player, is never suited to playing for them. Infact, the full team was poor.

When you look at the team they had a few years ago to now, it's madness. They could be doing with about 6 or 7 new players.

Klopp has his players bursting their * for him and absolutely loving playing for him. You look at the starting 11 he puts out and you would never have expected that last night. Of course it was partly down to Barcelona being so poor but still an amazing job.

 

If Messi was in that Liverpool team they'd have won both legs 5-0.

 

He's scored more goals against the EPL top six, apart from Aguero, and he doesn't even play in that league.

Felt gutted for him last night tbh, probably the most sickened I've been by a non-Celtic result this season.

Yeah the manager needs to go. It's hard to say that cause he'll probably have done two doubles at the end in a few weeks but it's unforgivable to throw away 3-0 leads like that twice.

 

From what i can gather city only spent 60+ million this season but regardless of money pep won the league,as i have said klopp is at liverpool longer,and this season was the leagues biggest spenders and has won nothing.

Not the best manager in the world.

 

Hate stuff like this. They didn’t show what the Premier League is about, stop leeching onto them because you play against them twice a season. They showed what they are all about.
