    Big players need to stand up in big moments - Salah and Mane didn’t tonight.

    Barca are just far too talented, even when they get out played - which they did tonight - they can do that to teams.

    Valverde made a masterful change with Semedo coming on for Coutinho.

    Aye, 3 big chances Mane, Milner and Salah crazy to get 3 free strikes like that from close range and not end up with any goals.

    Should be no way back for Liverpool now though, Barca should score one or two away as well as all they need to do is feed Messi and he'll get the ball in behind people.

    A virtually impossible task for Liverpool, fully expect Barca to win the game with ease, i think when the Messi free kick hit the back of the net, it rubber stamped Liverpool's exit from the tournament.

    Some folk are vastly under estimating this Barca team. They are nowhere near the team that had Iniesta and Xavi in it at their peak, from a footballing sense, but they are far more streetwise. They’ve a better goalkeeper and more dig in key areas when needed.

    They are not going for a quadruple for nothing. And when you have the jewel in the crown that is Messi, literally anything is possible.
