As much as Crawford is arguably P4P number 2 behind Lomachenko, his resume doesn’t contain many massive names.

He deserves to be more popular amongst the mainstream so Top Rank were keen to get Khan in as he’s a big name in America and well known over there due to his world title fights over there.

A win over Khan will see his stock rise exponentially compared to what it is now, in a number of different markets.

Forgive my naivety as I like Khan but only because of his courageous relentless character and dynamic fast fists, what I don't understand is why there is such a contrast between boxing pundits and boxing fans? Like pundits have already written this fight off as an easy one for Crawford which kinda means he's got nothing to gain and everything to lose?

I love the fact Khan is popular in America, I think he embodies the never say die attitude that makes sport so compelling.

Imagine Khan didn't have a glass chin, he could've been something special.

It says the fight is scheduled for 9pm Eastern Time which means 2am here. Don't know why the paper said 3am.

 

Oooft all those months of training, that must be sore. Wasn't even close. So many mismatches in boxing. So many that UFC guys want in on that payday.

Khan is a joke

 

He's well past his best, it was a payday for him and he wanted a way out. If he's wise he should call it a day and retire.

 

But they said he turned down £8m to fight Kell Brook. I can't remember why fighting Crawford was worth the lesser fee.

I agree he should retire now, he's given us some good moments but we don't want to see him getting beat up.

Expected Khan to let his hand's go and half go for it. He just never. Crawford way too good for him and Khan was beaten before he walked in..

He's always got credit despite being badly ko'd at time's for being ballsy (no pun intended)....but ok he was hurt first round early on particularly but quitting for a low blow was ripping the pish..

Pathetic. Him and Brook are so alike it's untrue. Talk *. Washed up. Quitters..

 

That clown Adam Booth was talking to him in the corner and he was head bobbing away to 1 of the tunes played in between rounds..

I despise fighter's like that. Was tryna to make a mug of the nobody pole he was boxing..
