    I'm phoning Clyde tonight. I'll get on by telling them I want to rip into the Celtic support then I'm going to ask them where they have been for years regarding proper disturbing sectarian singing.

    Also instead of calling McInnes an orange * maybe we should imply he is a paedo because apparently that is fair game in this country

    First seasons I remember hearing a "cheer up" song was 95-96 from Rangers fans directed at Tommy Burns. Now it's a problem.

    If anything the orange order is a sectarian organisation. It is a private club that only admits people of a certain religion. I

    'm sure Mcinnes isn't in the order so I have no idea why he would be upset.

    If you called me a sad member of a pub pool team that I wasn't part of I wouldnt be offended.

    There has been some focus on the peado chants, but Aberdeen fans were actually engaging in racist chanting yesterday - "you're in the wrong * country".

    If this was chanted towards the fans of a club of say, Indian or Chinese heritage, it would not be allowed to go unchecked.

    In fact it says a lot about Scottish society that this actually passes without comment.

    The hypocrisy is astonishing.

    Burns as a Catholic was expected to take it.

    However, I do wish we'd drop our variation of the chant altogether.

    It's being used to shore up the well-worn, but widely discredit argument that "sectarianism" in Scotland is a "two-way thing" that largely rests with the "Old Firm". When in fact, Catholics and those with Irish background are by far the largest victims of this discrimination.
