Tuborg for me. Then again I've not exactly had loads of different beers usually just stick to a few of the same ones.

Yeah I do like one, but it’s not that often I do have Stella, though saying that had a fair few yesterday for a change as a mate won’t drink anything else so thought would join him.

Needs to be a New England IPA. Anything with Vermont Yeast - Citra/Galaxy hops are usually on point.

Pretty much anything by these guys:

    Verdant
    Bearded Iris
    Brewdog
    Cr/Ak
    Cloudwater

Moving onto genuine craft beer was a game changer. Find it really difficult to just order a pint these days.

One of interest, anyone in here going to the Brewdog AGM next month?

    Going on the Saturday.

The brewery list looks strong, but I'm still hoping there will be a surprise addition to the bands.

I can't get into Deaf Havana. At least this year Idlewild will have new material and both Fatherson and The Xcerts are good bands.

Same man, got a few of us going up on the Saturday as well. Managed to get some me tables book on the Friday night in the bars so one less thing to worry about.

I was really hoping Verdant would be featured but I'll take Cloudwater. Should be good!

Not fussed at all about Northern Monk - Heathen and Faith are alright but outside of that I find them poor.

Actually don't mind Deaf Havana, but we'll see what happens.

I'm surprised Verdant aren't going especially when they've just released Sheena with Brewdog.

Northern Monk have made quite a few stouts I like, but I'm more interested in what Buxton bring. I've not had many Overworks as yet and the beer at the AGM last year were nowhere near ready.

The beer KM will be packed as per usual. Sounds as if lots will be going up to Peterhead as well as Ellon.

    Where to start....
I like mainly craft beers and Porters and stouts. Loads of good little breweries dotted about the place these days.
Of the shelf beers are standard ones really Stella, Brew Dog are what I get during the week to watch footy at home but when I'm out Al push the boat out a wee bit. Except match day when it guiness or tennants.. or get out.

I've not tired their stuff. I did see they are doing a meet the brewer at a few bars, including Castlegate, and a beer showcase from this Thursday.

The Americans do make great beer.

If you try any, get Homestyle. I'll clear the bars of that * while I'm up there.

Love that stuff. Absolute rocket fuel.

Stinking hangovers the next day though.

Homestyle in on in the Castlegate just now. Being a stout man I've gone for V.Latte. It's really good.

There's six taps dedicated to Bearded Iris.

Budweiser literally makes me vomit. Pure *.

If I'm drinking beer I'll often go for Heineken but I'm yet to find a beer I really enjoy. Stella is quite nice though. Not a beer but I always go for Guinness nowadays.
