    He slapped him, there was physical contact on his head with the wee * hand. It could easily be battery. It doesn't matter anyway, throwing eggs can cause damage and has potential charges associated with it. You wouldn't punch the * out of someone who did this to your family? What about if the mutants started slapping Lennon with eggs in the back of the head? I bet that would be a different story because you don't feel he deserves it.

    Just because you don't agree with the guy doesn't mean it's reason to chuck * at him or slap him. There's few situations in which physical escalation is appropriate and one of them is if you feel threatened or in self-defense. For example when some wee * slaps you in the head with his hand that has an unknown substance in it.

    It's not illegal to be an *. Call him out for his views but don't go harassing him, harassment is never right.

    Just more division man, given that half of the UK voted for it, judging people based on one thing they did is tribe mentality. Can't stand it. There must have been a fair few of our support that voted for things like leave and voted no against independence. Yet if some posters here are anything to go by they are all vilified.

    Wish more people would just live and let live.
