Feels a bit blasphemous putting these two single bets on:

Watford vs Leicester BTTS @ 4/6

    Chelsea DNB @ 1/6

Slipped in another wee cheeky one earlier. Live bet right at the betting cut off with 2 mins to go Everton vs Liverpool @ 2/9.

4-on-the-trot today. Currently on a wee roll of 18 winners in a row. What's the most consecutive winners you people have had?

I got a €10 starting stake up to €216.60 before, before putting it on Celtic in play against Motherwell and * it as we drew. :31:

Ah, well. Best o’ luck out there, guys ‘n’ gals, in whatever you do. It’s tough out there. Admittedly, I am a bit of a manchild with too much time on my hands, so can thoroughly analyse everything in terms of betting (I only bet football, btw, nothing else). I have probably beaten the bookie more than he’s beaten me, but the crux of the matter is that he’s gotten more money out of me than I have out of him. And, therefore, that’s why it’s called ‘a mug’s game’.

Better luck next time, folks. Take easy. ;)

I do get about 60% strike rate against the bookies on the horses. But I have to put a * of a lot of time into it studying form, trainers etc. An that 60% is an average. I can go for weeks without winning, then I'll get the odd 40/1 come in. Last month I got a 100/1 get a place at Sedgefield. Paid out at 20/1 on sky bet.

Thing is, just bet what you can afford to loose. Look at it as a form of entertainment. I find its far cheaper to have a night in a casino than a night on the swallae. I give myself a £40 spend limit . If I'm on the * I can do that easily an come home with nothing, an feel like * the next day.

    Been robbed of cash lately

Had under 4.5 goals in Newport v City for €137.. 88' goal, 89' goal and 90' goal made it 4-1.

Waiting on a draw in the United v Southampton game for €230. Lukaku 88' does me.

Needed Hearts at home to St Mirren for €200. 1-0 up and they drew 1-1 at home.

Needed Cody Garbrandt (8/13) to beat Pedro Munhoz for €250.. gets KO'd

Had a tenner on Arsenal to beat Spurs and Kane scores a goal that was offside and Aubameyang misses a peno.

Needed a draw in the Napoli Juventus game and Insigne misses a last minute peno to do me out of €100.

Still though... up €135 over the weekend having started with €35. Have €25 on Dortmund tonight to win in 90 mins at Evens. Great price I reckon considering Spurs will be happy to lose by 2.

Just been looking at this one myself Bobo. Obviously the slight worry is they don't have to win but I can't see the home crowd letting them off not attacking so it looks a good price to me.

Don't fancy it myself. Ajax are a great little side and Madrid are in poor form and don't need to win.
