The tempo on the ball is so much more fluid and quicker when Rogic is there. People seem to be mixing up the two because neither have been fully fit when played together this season.

pressing is one thing , but sometimes you need to tackle and set the tone in the game. gotta have a few ball winners in your team, the correct balance.

We had a run earlier in the season without Brown and we scudded about 4 or 5 teams in a row. Best football we’ve played all season came in that wee spell.

He just needs used as and when required, which in fairness I would say would be away at Killie on the shittest park in Scotland.

The team dynamic does alter when he’s not playing but that will benefit us when it’s needed.

At home we might get away with not playing him quite a few games when theres plenty of space to play. but in the big games and especially away from home he's got to start.

Does anyone think that was deffo a red yesterday on Taylor?

I think he deffo should've been sent off against Hibs the other week but yesterday he slid and caught his man but I'm no even sure it was studs either. Egg faces was much much worse as he went in to do him and everyone can see he went down studs high..

Every single tackle he makes is singled out as thuggery..

Remember when he was shielding the ball at the * pit last year and they were demanding an inquest as to why he wasn't off for an elbow? :56:

    It's mental..

Brown is hard and fair , 11 of the huns booted us off the pitch last game.

No * danger was that tackle yesterday a straight red. Hibs he got away with one, yesterday madden got it spot on. To be fair to the Hun * he had a good game yesterday, got every big call right.

Brown’s second yellow was a bit harsh considering the fans came running onto the park, but big * deal got the goal and now got himself a well earned break.

No doubt about that. Both are far superior to Rogic in that regard as well.

I’m just glad we actually have options now. One thing that Broony is head and shoulders above any is reading the game though, so it depends what you’re wanting.

And shock horror, was the only time this season Rogic has been fit. His link up play and support for the striker is so * crucial.

It's a squad game but Rogic is a certain starter once he's back in that no.10 role, as christie doesn't have the same skillset as him.

    Brown/McGregor/Ntcham for the other slots.

Aye options are really good and like I say I’m delighted he’s staying.

McGregor is one of the most natural readers of the game I’ve seen. And Brown certainly has that when it comes to defending the midfield area and breaking up the play.

It’s just natural in the twilight of his career he will play less, especially with the way BR wants the game played. And we have better options with everyone fit, especially in games we dominate.

We played our best football this season, with McGregor playing the ‘quarterback’ role, Christie just in front of him and Rogic in the ten.

Heard Clarke sort of saying we were lucky and it was going over. Completely side stepping the fact his man handballed it clearly..

He got some big calls correct but he let them away either persistent holding 2 hand's around the likes of Edouard and whenever we looked like getting away from the man he didn't go back and book any of them..

In fact he only carded 1 pkayer for them and that was Broadfoot's ridiculous lunge with 15 to go. Kinda tells a bit of the story..

The press have always labelled him a dirty player but how often in his career has he been sent off? I'm sure his last red card was in the invincible season?

the thing is he plays whenever hes fit, we all know hes slowing down and finding it harder to turn to be agile, passes to him have to really be spot on, his body isnt as quick as his mind, happens to us all but it is particularly noticeable in a sportsman

how do folk feel he would take being left out of a good few games when hes fit ? serious question ?

would he could he take the huff ?

players having a huge amount of power these days, could it all turn into a huge mess publicly ?

id really hope not but its happened at other clubs
