    I’d have brought off Brown and shifted him into the proper deep playmaker position personally.

    Don’t think he was anywhere near as bad as some reading the comments.

    Izzy and Brown were pish and the likes of Christie and Forrest did almost nothing for the majority of the game.

    McGregor was at least trying. His move and pass to Sinclair deep for the Burke ball was better than anything almost any other player done.

    Aye, only thing he done all game and I thought he was going to kick on. He didn’t. Kept giving the ball away, miscontrolling it...

    I thought Forrest was one of our better players as well. Least when he got the ball he was either keeping possesion or trying to run at them. Beat his man everytime we actually managed to work a one on one.

    Start of the game with his ‘penalty’ shout. It wasn’t. He had a 2/3 other ones.

    We did manage to work him into it a lot more when Eddy and Weah came on. 2 players who had a bit of confidence on the ball. No surprise that.

    I'd have said the same, Izzy offered nothing going forward and constantly passed backwards. Brown and McGregor gve the ball away for fun.

    Whilst i like mcgregor in the more advanced role, i agree with this because he can take the ball on the turn and play a forward pass. Where as brown tends to try and pass his way out of trouble.

    Seen his pass map on Twitter earlier. I know it’s a bit hipster but you can clearly see he’d been practically shunted out to wing back.

    Mistakes aren’t being learnt with McGregor and it’s partially because he’s so good anywhere you play him but the team suffers massively when he isn’t in the middle of the park.

    He was pish last night, first bad game in 52 this season so you can let him off. As has been said you were waiting for him to kick on after his pass to sinclair to set up the Burke through ball. It just never happened unfortunately.

    So classy on the ball, wouldn't look out of place in that Valencia team or most La Liga sides. Didn't see a better ball player than him on that pitch tonight. Cultured.

    Broken record but when he plays more centrally or at least is involved more centrally we are a far superior side.

    He takes pedestrian side to side passing and ups the tempo, pace and changes from sideward to forward with one swing of his left leg.

    He is class.
