Others were Dominic Iorfa for 500k, and Ravel Morrison. All denied this morning by Steven Gerrard. No mention of being skint, just a couple of tweets turned into a story for The Mirror at 10:04 AM. A Whole article off two tweets, if he farted they'd have a go at printing it.

Another right winger? We have just got Burke on a 6 month loan deal! Can’t we look at a left winger or even a * centre half.

Take this boy any day vs a pointless short-term loan for McTominay which makes zero sense to me.

2 completely different players. Be better comparing him to the signings of Burke or Weah. McTominay is a holding midfielder.

Not comparing the type of players at all - just questioning the logic(?) of signing McTominay vs a clear talent who could be a longer term asset/investment per the Celtic model.
Don't see why we need a LOAN holding mid, when we have Brown (regardless of what he does at END of season), McGregor and Bitton back, who can all fulfill that role within the Scottish environment for the second half of season.

Apart from Forrest do you trust any of the others to show consistent form?

Are we actually counting Hayes and Morgan when it's clear they're going out.

100% need a winger, so I would be glad of this player. Loads of people are too caught up with the defence, which does need improving. Doesn’t mean we don’t need better forward players. Saying that, probably nothing in this story at all

Top scorer Marian Shved is spoiled for choice. Several European clubs are interested in his services and would like to sign him up right this winter break.

The freshly crowned international was of immense importance for the first round at Karpaty, similar to the left-footed Andrij Yarmolenko, he was mostly used on the right side, so that his strong foot makes it easier to finish straight away . As the trained Mitelstürmer Oleksij Hutsuliak had often jammed in front of the goal and new signing Cristian Ponde for the counterplay too slowly and as a breaker front with his 1.79 meters physically not present enough, ultimately was the Schnellfüßigkeit and final strength Shveds often the main weapon to which the Could support the team.

Currently, two clubs seem to have the best chance of getting Shved into the winter break:

Dynamo Kyiv would like to sign him as a substitute for Viktor Tsyhankov , who will move to Italy in the summer. It is unknown what transfer fee is in the room here.

Scottish record champion Celtic Glasgow is ready to pay £ 2m for Shved.

Shved has already signaled that both clubs would interest him, but it is also important to him not just to sit on the bench. That is not completely without at both clubs. At Dynamo there will be hardly any passing for Tsyhankov for the coming second half; Of course Shved could hope for the time afterwards. In Celtic Shved would also have to prevail in the second half against Oliver Burke , loaner of West Brom , which will not be set to a similar extent as Tsyhankov at Dynamo, but considered highly accused. Even otherwise, Celtic is not badly positioned in the offensive, so that Shved could be prepared for plenty of competition.

It could also be the respective league here to tip the scales. In the UPL not even the top clubs manage to get their stadiums full and the overall level is rather low. Scotland does not have a top but a stronger league and Celtic regularly plays at home. So far, Shved had tended to Dynamo, but this new offer could actually change a lot.

Of course, it also plays a role in which Club Karpaty are willing to sell their jewel and what price they can achieve. It is said that Shved has an opt-out clause in his contract, which allows him to switch to a European club for a fixed amount (about 2 million euros). This should not apply to Ukrainian clubs. Thus, he would be far cheaper for a European club than for Dynamo. On the other hand, it was reported that previous offers from Kyiv in Lviv were assessed as insufficient. It can be assumed that no matter who is still in the race, haggling and poker will take place here for a while before a decision is made at the end.

It is also interesting that so far no club from the Spanish elite class has appeared as a bidder. Shved has already gained Spain experience at Sevilla B and Karpaty with Spanish-speaking teammates and now the third Spanish-speaking coach (we include the Portuguese José Morais quietly here ) worked; so you might well assume that an attempt to accommodate at a LaLiga club, at least no major adjustment difficulties should bring more.

Meanwhile, it is unknown whether Karpaty Shved currently want to sell at all or whether they are here rather by the interest of the bidders and the exit clause urged. Sporty Shved is needed more urgently than ever to help his club in the fight against relegation (that a placement in the first 6 is realistic, probably hardly anyone currently seriously believe).

In view of the sale of the great talent and performer Orest Lebedenko to CD Lugo , the unclear future of Denys Miroshnichenko , who has not renewed his expiring contract and therefore would still have to be sold to at least bring some money and of course possible further sales such as Hutsulyak and, of course, Jorge Carrascal , coach Fabri will probably soon face a difficult task to get even a competitive eleven on the court. So, you could say business as usual in Lviv!

    Hopefully something in this one.

Sell Jonny Hayes and loan Lewis Morgan out.

    Forrest, Sinclair, Johnston, Burke, Shved..

Plays right wing and left footed, we’ve missed a left footed winger since Roberts, would be very happy with this.

I think if we miss out on him we might regret it.

Surprised there isn't more interest in this. We definitely need a winger.

If he's better than Johnston then fair enough bring him in, but not sure we need a RW with Forrest currently enjoying the best form of his life.

If he can play left wing then definitely bring him home.
