Looking to go away for 5 days in April and trying to pick between the 2.

Both flights the same price and I've never been either Italy or Greece.

Anyone been to either and recommend? :celt_2:

Did consider Seville as a wildcard but fancy being beside the coast.

Probably best checking Google Maps/Trip Advisor and seeing what the bars and restaurants near the hotel are like. Crete should be alright pricewise but sometimes Italy can be quite expensive. Italian grub is obviously top notch though.

Mind you might need a visa to travel to Europe then as well.

    Personally I’d choose Bari.

Never been to either, but Bari and Italy would be my choice by a country mile.

Been to Crete a few times. It's lovely but is getting more expensive these days.

If you're into all the Greek scran like feta cheese, stifado, kleftiko etc. then you'll love it.

I’d be going Bari just to walk the streets walked by Big Paul Elliot.
