    He was poor against Aberdeen the game before also, a big part of his defending is pace and power and he looked ropey as he didnt really want to be running having been rushed back from a hamstring when really he shouldnt have been playing.

    He can spot a pass alright, he's opened defences a few times. If he had better technique he'd be pulling that sort of thing off a lot more. He's a lesson to young players: don't join the Man City's and PSG's of this world, because he would have been have been a phenomenal defender if not starved of games for so long at such a crucial point in his development. As it is, he's still decent and would suit a top Championship team or bottom EPL team very well.

    Still a *, though and still shouldn't be allowed to pull on the shirt IMO. I can't believe we let him run down his contract and leave for nothing.

    Essentially he is now playing for his move away so hopefully he raises his game til end of the season.

    Personally I hope gets injured at the end of the season and ends up at Preston or Crewe or Burton * Albion!

    I said at the time he was trying to play to Bitton. Now I have watched the replay a few times I definitely believe it was a pass to Bitton and Weahs pace and managed to get him onto the ball and score.
