    He should have been subbed today, I cant even mind if he was.

    The International football will * him also as he's clearly injured and could have done with the rest rather than playing * international games against * like Jordan and who knows who.

    Whats the Asian Cup in January now for anyway? it was always in the summer and the African one in January then I think the African one was moved to summer now they've moved theirs to winter :43:

    The Asian one shouldnt be that big either since 95% of the teams are pish. Could be a 16 team straight knockout tournament, so theres only 4 games at most. Imagine having Syria, Jordan and Palestine in your Group in an International tournament - do they countries even have 1 real professional player in their combined squads?

    I wouldn’t play him at the weekend personally.

    Off the back of his worst game for years against Salzburg he was poor against the sheep. It looks like he’s struggling with an injury and to be fair I think that’s what we’ve been told.

    Aye mate, taking injections in his knee. If I was him I’d be getting it sorted during January instead of that Asia Cup, but it seems he has decided otherwise.

    Two previous ones were in January as well. FIFA decrees that confederation tournaments can take place in January or June/July to allow for extreme weather.
    In saying that, the last one was held in the middle of the Australian summer.
