I don’t get it at all, like many others I drive 3 hours to home games then 3 hours back home, sometimes longer if the weather is bad. Never once have I left early, so for people that live in Glasgow or surrounding areas there’s really no excuse.

Then it’s karma when they miss late goals, they must feel like right fannys. Spend hundreds if not more for a ST to leave games early and miss the best goals and the best feeling of a last minute winner.

Same, live in North Wales. By the time I buy a ticket, a hotel and train ticket it works out expensive. I'd wouldnt leave early. I'd like to think if it was on my door step I wouldn't leave early either. But for me getting to Paradise is a treat. If it's on your door step it's probably different

Exactly, it’s a big commitment for many fans. Should of mentioned I stayed in Glasgow for a few years as well and never got the urge to leave early then.

I understand sometimes people need to leave early for something but there’s so many that leave early every game no matter the score, I just don’t get it.

I remember a few times our bus driver would tell us to be on the bus after the game by a certain time or he’d leave without us, cuz we had to rush back to catch the boat.

I still wouldn’t leave before the final whistle and would just leg it back to the bus through the crowd.

Luckily I always made it but lads have been left behind a few times.

One of my Granda's pals was terrible for it. He never had a book but used to get a shout off people in the work if there was a spare.

During the Ronny years my Granda would ask me to phone him at half time to tell him we'd meet him in the pub after....most of the time he was already back in Partick. Ridiculous :56:
