    About 50 years. upstairs one of my daughters man is builder the other one her ex is doing me a favour he is a gas engineering whole new centre heating system and combined boiler about 2 to 3 he said a spark quoted 1K .I CAN'T RIP Out gas yet as it's a * set he us ripping it out for * all gas fire and back.boiler it's a 2 bedroom everything out except gas I have my price in mind I think I will come under budget.home based is closing down here so good bargains to be had .my daughters have a vested interested in it when I pop my clogs it's there's. Had a look at exact same they wanted 90 K and it's getting ripped I paid 69 so I am quids in I have room for a driveway and the kerb has been dropped down so that is a big plus will be paying every thing cash ,Lizzie is getting nowt

    did my last shift delivering meals to the auld folks today , I was constantly on sat/sun for 3 year and missed so many games and ultimately why ive left . so thing I learned today is im a selfish bassa .
