Aye, he kept trying to put his foot on the ball then 10 * were barging into one another trying to get it off him(and succeeding). Was probably the best midfield battle i've seen in a Celtic game for players just running about wide open taking the ball off each other for fun as most players actually did have good control and quality on the ball but it was just constant closing down and running about at high pace.

Theres some European games especially when we are only a goal up the time seems to drag in and you are constantly looking at the clock thinking come on to * but I mind seeing it was 60 minutes gone and thinking fuckinhell 60 already and then the same at 75 minutes then by the time the game seemed to settle after us going 2-1 up it was like 85 gone, game flew in.

 

It became obvious pretty early they were going direct into the strikers and hoping the lay it off for runners but McGregor and Christie just constantly swarmed them.

Mental the amount of time McGregor and Christie won the ball back tonight.

For me personally after the second goal game dragged and after they hit the bar and it was 2 minus added time I hid behind I couch pillow couldn't watch glad we won

think he will be a very good squad player for us good battling qualities, will help during injuries and winter schedule

 

Definitely agree, with others in that I still belive he's a good player to have in the team. It can be solid coming off the bench and trying to get a feel of the game... Especially with the pace that game was being played at.

 

I like him, but it was fkn hilarious.

 

Good player. Wasn’t like him the other night, chucked on after having played hardly any minutes all season into a game of that tempo.

Hes unlucky. If he wasnt inhured he probably would have come in for Brown and Ntcham instead of Christie. Funny how things work out

 

Hoping he will get some more chances.

 

I still like the big man, but the emergence of mcgregor at cdm and christie over-all has probably pushed him pretty far down the list. I still think he offers something different compared to brown and i hope he gets more game-time, especially in january where we have 3 home games in a row.

 

Sure he'll get more game time next year, cup and some league games.

Think he's done well in the fleeting glimpses we've saw of him.

 

Except for the one he really really didn’t do too well in.
