I know mate, that was my point. The way I put it doesn't help but I meant if our exact scenario with the boys club/our actual club thing.

The thing the club will say is unlike Bennell none of those accused and jailed where direct employees of the club but we should do somethin

I said in a previous thread as did many others, Celtic should set up a charity for the victims, not just victims of the Celtic boys clubs but any sporting club and that would encourage other clubs to join and donate.

Would make it easier for other victims to come forward who have been battling it for years. We should be well past the point of thinking about liability and actually help the victims however we can as a club and human beings. Should start with a clear apology and independent investigation.

Glad we've no just been hushing this away as it looked from the outside..

Right thing to do is get to the bottom of it and show a willingness to help get justice for those boy's/families who've been ruined..

You read that thing about Man City having a tier and price list for what happened in terms of compensation capped at £65k depending on the offence. At least we are investigating it and acting on what we will know but this lawyer and dornan have a * cheek going on and on you can’t comment on things if legal cases are ongoing!

I haven't mate no. Seems a strange number to put on it but * them anyway..

Aye it's good to see that it's being looked in to, despite it being long overdue..

Justice is the main thing and to find out why and how this was allowed to go on. Those that are just continually trying to slander us in public we hopefully ruin in court as a side issue..

If the Celtic boys club is a completely different organisation why would Celtic take responsibility for the * that went on there surely these mps should be chasing st Patrick's sports academy for compensation or the individuals,as for justice if you look at the prison sentences them disgusting * got its clear there is no justice
Any * that went on at celtics youth team is what Celtic are responsible for

Or because there was a definite link between the club and the boys club, even if it wasn't official. That might be enough to absolve the club in court but it isn't good enough.

There's been too much talk of it being a separate entity and therefore us not having to bear any responsibility, when we should be thinking of the victims and the justice they deserve. The huns obsession with it is sick, but the "but they did it too" retort is also pathetic and sinks to their level.

Glad the club has been investigating and hope the victims get the justice they deserve.

Spot on mate, I’ve hated the fact the club tried to claim the boys club was nothing to do with us, it doesn’t sit well. We should be paying compensation to the victims and put an end to this. They’ll want to get some closure on this and try to put it behind them, it helps no one dragging it through courts.
