As a swede I obviously like Lustig, but it’s strange that he has been the main RB in a attacking style team for so long.. he is a player that suits the opposite. He’s very good for Sweden which play defensive football.

The offence cost us tonight though.

The best result I could see us getting out there would be a 2-2 draw.

We need a super performance next week. We honestly cant be going into CL ties with that defence, KT was superb though. Lustig should be dropped altogetherand Ive been saying this for so long. Gamboa played well against rosenborg and did not deserve to be dropped at all

 

Wrong formation from start, why 1 up front, we are miles better with 2 up top.

Don't see us scoring 3 in Greece though, our away record in Europe is genuinely * abysmal.

One goal without conceding would see us through, but it's highly unlikely that they don't score at least one goal at home.

i was thinking the same we tried crosses all night but we either miscontrolled or all to often the crosses were to no one or aek got there first
we tried we cutesy through balls but they were well deep and martialled like a * seria a team, i honestly thought we were playing italians they were so stuffy and disciplined at the back

we needed to switch it up! bang some long balls up there for big eddie and play for 2nd balls, had we done this aswell we might have unsettled them more and might of got a but of luck but as it stands they were well solid and stuffy and were lacking

maybe the negative news lately has infected the good feelings around the club, rogic was as ineffectual as i think i have ever seen him and eddie couldnt control the ball that maybe down to aek getting so close to our players though
