Just back from a backshift tonight, so missed game. what was the sending off for? Was it deserved or harsh.

Stonewaller. Honestly don't know what Jozo was thinking.

    Cheers bud.

Looks a bit clumsy. Becoming a bit of a liability is jozo.

Especially since Compper's still out, Gamboa's just got back (and never gets played anyway) and Lustig and Boyata are on holiday still. It was actually kind of careless on Simunovic's part the more I think about it.

Yeah, some other refs might have just yellowed for it.

The more I read and the more clips I'm seeing it does look like this guy was a bit amateurish at best.

If a ref yellowed that then they would be wrong. If someone did that to one of our players I would be * if they were not sent off.

True. I've heard a wee whisper, though, that some refs get things wrong sometimes.
Think I might have even seen it on one or two occasions :86:

How so? For sending Jozo off for what was a straight red card offence?

They kept making wee daft tackles because they were a few yards off of us but if anything all the ref did was let them away with a few he shouldn't have.

Just seen the 'sending off' for the first time. Naw , not for me and I would say exactly the same thing if someone did that to one of our players.

Didn't even realise this was the team that put St.Johnstone out on away goals a couple of years ago.

Great result....some real endeavour from Moussa for his 1st and great counter for Jamesy to slot away another top goal ....makes it look way easier than it was: Hail Hail

That is true but at the same time some strikers are like ffs Brendan I'm on a hat trick here.

Mind you managers know hat tricks come second place to the fitness of the striker and he was getting undue attention and as the game wore on exponentially the rest of the team were too.

I hate violence but see when I see KT getting brutal treatment, especially when it goes unpunished I feel ancient dark feelings of retribution.

That ref must be demoted. I know the top refs in the world were supposedly at the WC though after some VAR decisions that's up for debate but surely in the whole of Europe we must have better standards of ref than that idiot last night.
