Does stopping the game for V.A.R. disrupt the game or do you welcome it?

I welcome it the day they use it in our games and in the Champions League.
Just cast your mind back to the game v Juventus when they were using our players for wrestling practice, we could easily have had 4 or 5 pens that night.

 

Would only be a pen if the ball was in play, those “wrestling “ moves were before corner was taken

 

Watched highlights about a month ago,when the ball was being crossed into the box from corners they were wrestling our players non stop,Gary was thrown down 3 times that night alone.
