    By playing in a qualifying round with Hondorus, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Mexico and Costa Rica - of which the later two also made it here. They litterally beat Trinidad and Tobago to get to this tournament.

    Panama being a small country who have never been to the World Cup declared a national holiday when they qualified. Their fans were massively excited and enthusiastic for the games, some were in tears just listening to their national anthem....got to feel a bit bad for them after watching that.

    I agree with the point about folk getting penalised in a game and still doing it I also agree it should be penalised but the refs have to make that the norm not just do it every 10th game. Looking at it the other way round when we played Juve ( a few years ago i'll give you.) It was obvious it wasn't going to be penalised. I just can't help thinking it is going to shaft us in Europe at some point as Ramos n Lichnesteiner etc will still get away with it but when Boyata does the same thing we won't.

    Head knocks should be treated differently, players should be made to go off to get reviewed by an independent doctor to see if they can go foreard. In the meantime they should have a temporary sub so they aren’t punished for elbows to the face etc.
