    If it was £3m I would say go for it, but not sure I would go much higher. However rumours have come in that Hoffenheim want him and they have qualified for CL so could be some competition.

    not seen him playing at all,failing and doing * in the epl though doesnt mean hes doomed to fail in the spl.without trying to bring spl down the epl is probably strongest league in the world.were in the market were we need to buy players with potential.guys like armstrong,rogic,ntcham,brown,ajer,mcgregor,tierney,forrest,dembele,griffiths,edourd.werent these list of top players not regarded as poor at some point?apart from tierney maybe.guys in the 17-25 bracket who arent the finished article but have potential thats what were looking for.chancel fits the bill.Though if schar(experianced,but at 26 still young with potential) is availible id bite deportivos hands off.
