Griff is very hit and miss as well, let’s be fair.

Neither of them are very consistent.

 

Griff’s never went more than 3 games without bagging a goal for us, has he not? Dembele goes long periods of being very quiet and long periods of being unreal.

Griff is a more consistent scorer.

 

I agree, but a big reason that Dembele has to start is because we simply need to play him much to keep his market value up. That I am sure about. Griffiths has been benched a lot but still scores even if he’s on for 10 minutes.

I think that they are so different it’s impossible to compare them lol

Not sure. He’s went 4 league games in a row without scoring, on two separate runs, this season.

4 league goals since the 18th of November.

In the league, I would agree that Griffiths is a more consistent goalscorer...but they both go through purple patches and dry spells.

 

Nonsense.

He starts in the big games because he does the business in them and brings more to the team, due to his physicality, power and hold up play. And of course his goals.

I did not say that I disagree. But it’s not nonsense because if he was benched when to much his massive price tag would obviously dip. Some games, especially domestically, fits griff better. Dembele will soon be sold and I hope the price tag is big!

So does Dembele to be fair, im sure Dembele came on as a sub and scored a hat trick once and possibly came on and scored a double against someone as well?
