Donaire had it in him but was * poor with his timing for the majority..

Only started to get in to business with a round and a half to go..

Wasn't impressed with either..

 

Well played Frampton, kept his cool and discipline, very classy.

 

Frampton always had a great chin. Fight never caught fire but it was watchable.

 

Glad I watched the Franpton card and taped the Khan one.
Frampton fought well, id fancy him to handle selby or warrington, easily.

Khan card was pish and his fight was a joke. He still clearly wants none of Kell Brook, still running from him.

 

Frampton was fantastic.

 

Amir Khan is a far bigger name than Kell Brook and doesn’t need him.

Their respective CVs throughout their careers are testemant to that.

 

It’s not about ‘needing’ him, the question is there and has been for years, the public have been wanting the fight for years too.
They both hate each other too, the natural thing is for them to fight but Khan is still * it. Last two fights have been north of 147lbs, yet he’s using the excuse of only being a 147 fighter.

 

I’m not even a Khan fan but to say he’s scared of Kell Brook is laughable given the names he’s challenged in his career.

 

Thing I hate about working backshifts I miss the boxing good if there's a card on in America though while i'd probably usually be sleeping watched most of the barclays centre NY card .

I think it's not down to fear, Khan has always seen Brook as below him and his ego can't take losing to Brook. I think it will happen but I can see Khan being daft and trying to get the Spence Jr fight first.

 

Khan will look to other fights knowing he has one last big payday in the Brook fight if all goes wrong

*, I'm dying to know how to defend oneself the way experts do on TV. I know it's far fetched in some situations, like when someone has a gun at your back and the person does a swift roundabout at the same time dis arming them. There is a part of me thinks it's possible because there's so much psychology involved.
I have said before I have no understanding of combat arts like Nasser, celts67, McGuire etc but I'd love to know, is there a technique masters can train novices or is it a naive thought to think one could learn to protect themselfs any age or weight.

It's just this thing about using the weight of the opponents, Lenny did that against Barca. Nearly twice in two weeks.
