Pretty good. The last third of the film was a bit weaker than the rest but enjoyable nonetheless.

Just watched 'The Open House' on Netflix.

Seemed like a film I'd enjoy from seeing the trailer but it was utter pish.

Creepy in what way?:giggle1: It was a boring lot of * imo.

There's not been a creepy horror film in about 30 year.

Watched Need for Speed on Sunday night. Didn't expect much but it was watchable. 6/10.

    The Post

Streep in top form once again, Hanks solid and all the quality you'd expect from Spielberg.

Think it is no co-incidence that work started on this co-incided with Trump taking office, as there are more than a few parellels with today. Has made me go back and sit through All the Presidents Men again for the first time in probably 25yrs, as they really fit neatly, the events of The Post leading almost straight into President's Men.

Thought the general atmosphere throughout was quite sinister. I think the fact I saw it in the cinema made it a better experience, though.

The scene where that giant * walks into the room had me soiling my drawers the first time I saw it. But just watching it on Youtube now it doesn't seem scary at all.

Just thought it over done the racist angle.

Aye, to be fair, most horrors are 100x better in the cinema. Last one I seen was The Conjuring 2 and I shat it a few times:giggle1:

Thought it was class. The racist angle was meant to be over done I think. Quite uncomfortable watching but that was the point.

    I second this.

Supposed to be a horror film and one of the best of last year.

    Geez peace.

Get Out shouldn’t really be classed as a horror tbf. Well, not in the classic - Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre - type of horror film.

It had the feeling of some TV or B movie for me, it was like a * stepford wives with black people.
