Must have been around the same time as the ill-fated 'Bhoys Against Bigotry' campaign which seemed less concerned with actual sectarianism (insofar as it existed at all at Parkhead) and more on rooting out any overt expressions of Irishness.

Mind the club had Pete St John on the pitch before the Boavista game singing the Fields

Really ought to play it more.

Loved that song ‘Coming Home’ that used to be played. * loved climbing up the stairs at Paradise with that blasting as the players warmed up. They still play it?

I was at that game with my dad. As usual under Tommy we were brilliant going forward, but all defensive tactics were completely ignored and we lost stupid goals. If Tommy could have got the defensive side of his management sorted out we'd have stormed that league. We only lost the league by one point that year. But every Old Firm game, they would overcome us tactically. Rangers just kept hitting us on the counter attack, every game. They knew we threw everyone forward and they'd be massive holes in our defence.

Although it was painful to watch at times, we played great football under Tommy and the atmosphere at games has never been matched since
