    No video, no sound, no third person used as any sort of evidence. Nothing was able to pick up or come forward to backup the claim. Logan even refused/dropped a criminal charge with the police.

    To top it off, the sfa/spfl/whoever actually is in charge, used racism to punish the guy "you're Bulgarian, and you are likely to have been racist because of that stereotype, so here is a lengthy ban" was pretty much the final verdict from the *.
