We will have different games in cups and domestically etc where teams would be changed so he will get game time and coming off the bench if he has a bigger impact in his times playing with more goals he will most likely see more game time... Right now Griffiths is doing great so at the very least when Moussa is back we have a serious impact sub but I doubt it will stay like that for long

Can't wait to have this guy back and I'm excited to see how much more he develops this season. Although that excitement is tempered a bit by the thought that if he improves too much then he will be off next summer. Although Griffiths is doing well, Dembele is still the main striker for me.

It's a good dilemma to have. I'm sure he will rotate,we will have cups, euro games and the league plenty of games for them both.

It's a great problem but Griff doesn't react well to being second choice. Given the way he's played the last year it's understandable

No * clue how you could have both start and it not have a negative effect on the rhythm our midfield offers when the likes of Sinky, Rogic, Ntcham and Forrest/Roberts are all firing.

I mean I suppose you could try Griff in Rogic role and have Moussa uptop but * this is hard.

He'll be off next summer regardless, he is destined for the top.

Time to just savour him in a Celtic strip.

Looking forward to having him back when fit. Think it's sometime in September isn't it? Nice wee comeback goal at Ibrox will do nicely.

Saw the Record were trying to spin * earlier about him being "keen on Marseille move". Wee emergency headline given how sensational Celtic were on Wednesday night. Just a couple of weeks into the season and it's all going * up once again for the media.

Let's savour moussa this season boy knows what he wants.

Paddy, stu and moussa here for the season!

Hopefully mr Congerton earns his crust as that's potentially some amount of talent needing replaced a year from now....

Another day, another bullshit transfer rumour.

West Ham to place a bid, but Monaco showing interest and he would prefer to move there.

He'll be away next season which is why it's imperative we get the best out of him in this CL Group Stage. Let Griffiths do his thing domestically and keep Moussa for the big CL nights.

'Marseille have admitted Celtic striker Moussa Dembele is of interest to them.

The 21-year-old forward blasted 32 goals in 49 appearances last season after arriving on a free transfer from Fulham and that was more than enough to see clubs from across Europe take an interest in the player.

Chelsea reportedly had an offer of £20million rejected in January and Arsenal among others have been linked with his services.

But the latest confirmed interest in Deembele, who is currently sidelined with a hamstring problem, has come from Ligue 1 side Marseille.

OM president Jacques-Henri Eyraud told the Scottish Sun: “Moussa Dembele is a young player with power and speed and he is interesting.

“It’s no secret that we are actively looking for a striker. It’s a difficult area to get players.

“I try to avoid talking for the manager or the sporting director when it comes to players, but I have obviously have my own ideas.

“All I can say is that he is an interesting name.”

Last month Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers cooled the speculation surrounding the player.

“I counted the other day, Moussa has been linked with 10 clubs,” Rodgers told The Express.

“It was Marseille the other day, I saw Arsenal the other week, there was Paris Saint-Germain, there was Chelsea so there is nothing in it from our perspective.

“I felt if he progressed the way we thought he’d progress and if he wanted to move any time it would be after the second year.

He went on to say that: “There is no rush from Moussa’s perspective. He is a player that we really want to keep and if anything (an offer) did come in we would assess it.”

Is that no tantamount to tapping up a player?
