I can remember late 80's - early 90's he always seemed to have something bad to say about us and seemed a bit anti-Celtic but Bobby Lennox book was out in the 90's as well so I think he was anti-McNeill rather than anti-Celtic. Which still makes him a *.

Was at that game. They were singing "uda all the way" when big Roy totally clamped them.

He actually blootered it into the Celtic End. Only one ball in those days. :giggle1:

About 1 hour 50 minutes into this video.

There is still only one ball in league games something that does my box in.

Any ball that blasts into the stands should be kept by a lucky crowd member like baseball. I'd have loved that as a kid.

Atleast for champions league games where they have a special ball and the teams are not exactly short of a bob or two.

*, Sevco would need about 200 balls a game :56:

Good to see big Shirley back!! Was like an extra man on the park at his height!!

That cup final...still absolutely * myself there when he picks the ball and just throws it....don't know what's funnier....every * freezing for a split second or Bomber Brown's reaction when ref (Valentine?) just nonchalantly waves play on!:56:

ps-i'll keep going back and playing this all night now!

Aye...* tell me about it!! Jumped on a service bus outside the ground as these nutters were saying pile on and next minute it takes a right onto...you've guessed it, hun end......Hoooly *....talk about a rickety stagecoach riding through with raging injuns on both sides....saw a boy getting held by his mates and just kicking out like * to stop the savages piling on.....it was an old style double decker with stairs at the back....wasn't many windows left on that thing when we got back in town!!

ps-cops starting giving the driver * for stopping at a red and told him to just put the * boot down and they'd deal with it!!:84:

So pleased about this. Another Mr Celtic back at paradise. Never forget him putting one past McCloy at the old celtic park and running towards 15000 huns and sticking it right up them up them. Welcome home !
