    Maybe he's grown up a bit since his playing days but at one stage he was most definitely on the highest scale of hunnery.

    To be honest I'm not sure how he could be anything other than complimentary towards us and Rodgers after the pumping we've just handed his side. I hope he returned the favour by visiting our dressing room, getting down on his hands and kissing Brendans feet, thanking him for the experience.

    He was licking Broony's rim saying that guy is top drawer and could play anywhere in this side even though he's getting on, even centre back..

    I could feel wee Chick Young's face burning. Chick did a staunch "Good to see you back in Glasgow " ending to his post match..

    He would hardly be ready to walk over that but I have no doubt he wouldnt have been one bit happy with the banners. I know loads of Celtic fans who would be nationalist in outlook who thought it was a disgrace to.

    Definitely- Rodgers doesnt want to be associated with that sort of stuff thats fairly obvious. I know my father in law who is a big Celt would feel the same. He is a constitutional Nationalist all the way. Simpleist way of sorting it all out- leave it at the door and support Celtic inside the stadium, banners and displays should be Celtic orientated nothing else.

    The type of banner the other night is what that other lot feed off,not only that this brings the old excuse for two sides of the same coin.
    It's time to leave political banners and certain songs with IRA lyrics at the gates.

    The team is flying and has a real chance of making some real headway in the CL (if we qualify).

    As much as I think that the GB have the right to put out political statements, to jeapardise the man who has made that happen and made history in his first season is foolish to say the least.

    Hopefully just a one off cause of the opposition. Celtic fans are famous for supporting our team, it's what we're good at. Leave the politics to the pubs :60:
