    Plus the fact I get bad vibes (or a hunch) that Griff isn't the man for Brendan moving on. I genuinely wouldn't be at all surprised if Griff was moved on within the next couple of window's. Not saying we could afford to do that as we'd probably need at least 2 in with a view to Moussa leaving which Brendan has mentioned the, 2 year cycle..

    I think we'll be light when Paddy goes so we may see that type of inside forward/striker come in that can operate in a few positions as Moussa will still be the number 1 front man. Instead of buying 1 of each who possibly may not be a guaranteed starter but a different option as you say..

    Exactly. It's a very similar situation. Attacking players generally struggle in defensive and poor teams. His work ethic is excellent and he shows glimpses of quality, but for the vast majority of the time he has absolutely nothing to feed off. As was the case with Sinclair, Brendan has worked with him before and knows what he'd be getting. If Brendan feels he adds something substantial to our squad, then quite frankly that's all that matters.

    He's not good enough, has had a bang average career but because he's played with a couple decent teams a lot of people want to sign him. If he was good enough then he wouldn't be struggling to get a game with Sunderland

    In all honesty he's not on my wishlist of potential Celtic players, but if Brendan thinks he can do a job here I'd trust him.

    Would rather we put that kind of money towards Patrick Roberts who we know can perform well for us. Borini could do a job but if we were to go for him I would spend £2 million maximum.

    There is players I would rather get than him but he is capable of playing well he just isn't very consistent.

    Remember seeing him score some good goals for Roma and Swansea.
