Would be great to see, good fight for McGregor also if correct as if he gets beat its expected as he's moving up really too high a level as these guys are naturally a lot bigger than him. If he wins then he can do what he wants and milk it for the rest of his career claim to be the greatest fighter who ever lived etc

Think McGregor beats Woodley pretty easily.

Woodley will have lost the fight even before stepping in the octagon.

He doesn't have the mental minerals.

Just got round to the weekend fights there. In truth the only one i was looking forward to was the Jacare/Whittaker fight, and enjoyed it.

I actually thought he clipped Jacare with about 20 seconds left in the first which seemed to go unnoticed. From then on i think he had a good chance, and he capitalised well.

    Very good fighter.

I'm sure someone in here called it, Paul Craig fighting Khalil Rountree in Glasgow.

That what I'm thinking, as long as Craig can get the fight to the floor quickly it's over but if he * about on the feet it could end brutally for Craig as Rountree hits hard. It's a fight that I can't see going the distance either Craig gets the sub or he gets KOed.

Anyone think Lobov has a chance against Cub? Would love him to win but surely he's out of his depth here.

If Craig is as good as he thinks he is then this should be a very easy fight for him. He could win in a number of different ways for me.. but rountree only has one way of winning it.

Rountree tires easy so he always wants to end the fight as quick as he can.. if Craig survives that then he should be able to clinch and take the fight to the mat easy. But there is a big question mark over Craigs stand up! If you look at all Craigs bamma fights (most are on youtube) he hasn't fought a big hitter.. so it's going to be intresting

It's one of the worst headlines ever. I hope Cub smashes him to bits early, I really don't rate Lobov with his t-rex arms and lame pidgin English trash talk it's a really stupid fight. The best fight for me is Ray vs Lauzon on what is a poor fight night with some dull fights.

Haven't heard of the guy Godbeer is fighting either. He might be a surprise newcomer. I think they tend to be kind at shows like this because deep down they want the British fighters to win so we go off our nut and have a good time. Then the casual fans get more into it.

He has a chance. A slim one but a chance all the same.

He will bang with Cub, regardless of his shortfall in class.

Is it just me, or is this a belter of a card for a Fight Night?

    Eddie stop saying that. :giggle1:

That's the first time I've heard young Jamie get frustrated aswell. Really hope they get someone like Neil deGrasse Tyson in with Eddie, will be some laugh.
