    From this weeks Celtic View interview with Nir
    The Israeli internationalist is also hoping to see the return to the first-team of his friend and team-mate, Tom Rogic, who is on the road to recovery following an ankle injury.

    And he believes that the Australian midfielder will come back even stronger than before, when his impressive form this season saw him score 10 goals in 27 appearances.

    “Tom is a really good friend of mine and he’s had an amazing season so far,” said Bitton. “It’s really unlucky for him as has been in really good form, but he will deal with it as these kinds of things happen in football.

    “I feel really sorry for him as he’s a really good guy and he just needs to keep working hard to get his form back, and I’m sure he will do it.”

    We've been fantastic the last couple of months. We'd be even better with Rogic in the team. Looking forward to him coming back hopefully next month

    Feel bad for saying this but I actually keep forgetting he is out injured. Shows how consistent the others have been.

    We are definitely better off with him in the side though. For sure.

    Even though we were fantastic last night, I was thinking how much I miss big Tam. We've been fine without him but he does make a huge difference to the way we play.

    Shows how far ahead of the rest we are, Rogic, Armstrong, Roberts and Griffiths are players the rest of the SPL can only dream of yet they've not really played much for us in the last 2 months and we have still cruised to easy victories.

    Admittedly, we scraped a few less than stellar performances for about a month or so after he was out, as BR tweaked what was needed to get the Bhoys firing again in top form.

    That and we played an insane amount of games in December. Was focusing on the job at hand, we looked knackered by the Sevco game. Winter break was brilliant for us.

    I imagine we won't see him again this season.

    He has the confederations cup with Oz so he will use this time as a rest and recovery in imagine then come back in the qualifiers.

    Let's hope that he comes back in fine form , and is desperate to make his mark on the tail end of our season . It'll be great to have him back in contention for the squad/team .
