The fact that opening part of the 'blog' was about the Huns says everything.

im sure the guy can make, and has in the past made some good points/commentary about our club, and it was probably one or two of these that made me initially follow him on twitter. but after a while, you start to see so much * about rangers popping up in your timeline and its stuff he has either tweeted, retweeted or linked to and it just comes across as sad.

it then got to the point where i went on to his twitter profile and looked down his timeline, then had a look at his blog articles....and i really dont think im exaggerating here, but about 90% just seems to be stuff about rangers.

its good to poke fun at them lot every now and then, but to seemingly take more pleasure in their misfortune, rather than enjoy the own good fortune of your own club.....thats not the kind of celtic fan i can or want to identify with. it just fuels the argument that their fans try to make that we are obsessed with them.

and i realise that there may be a slight degree of irony with me criticising someone for referring to rangers in posys and tweets considering what my profile pic is, but apart from that and these last couple of posts my involvement on this forum has almost entirely been about celtic. but like i said, its good to poke fun at them every now and then.

anyway, who is starting the "welcome to celtic bojan" thread? phil and his acolytes have this nailed on to happen :notworthy

Guy on KDS saying we've made a bid. Apparently this guy speaking on KDS is a youth development coach with a big team in England and has links with other teams and agents regarding Bojan

It's called click baiting. I'm sure he gets more clicks for "rangers into administration again"
Or "rangers stadium to be closed as to skint to fix it"

Than "celtic run brilliant as usual"

"Celtic do maintenance on schedule again"

"Rest of Europe jelous how well celtics run"

More views, more adverts clicked. More money.

Bojan wants CL football and Celtic interests him greatly- from the man himself.

No idea about the toe in the water bid, official or not, but don't be surprised if the player puts in a specific transfer request should Stoke try to sell him to Boro or the like. Considering Stoke only paid £1.53m (source-transfermarkt,) although there are reports of £3m being banded about too, then £5m+ is a very reasonable sum for both parties.

£12m is crazy EPL prices and unlikely an English CL team will go for him so our chances are looking good to better although a return to the continent is an option too but Stoke do have the power to be carrots but, as I said before, do not under estimate player power in this one too. He's contracted til 2020 and could sit tight and milk Stoke for millions but wants to resurrect his career as his move to a big English club hasn't materialised due to Stoke playing blood and snotters football.

We, and quite rightly so, are seen as a far more appealing prospect than Boro. Financial gain is not a motivator here

    Edit for spelling

    I still can't see it.

I hope we leave it until the last day and sign him and Onyekru just so I can implode.

If he comes to Celtic it will be pure player power. Even if Stoke end up being willing to sell him to us for the sort of figures we'd be willing to pay, his Agent will be foregoing millions of pounds.

Still pie in the sky at this point.

I keep thinking that there is no way we would spend upwards of 8 million on anyone but with the position we are in at the minute then why not? We have champions league money which is much more with the BT deal, huge season ticket sales, and most important we have players like Dembele and Tierney. Guys worth 10-15 million plus, easy. We are well covered. I can see Bojan happening- even if it does break our transfer record.
