    Anything below two hours and it's better to have just not slept, I feel worse waking up off that kind of sleep... brutal.

    I used to do it for coursework sometimes and it was fine but sleeping helps you remember things you have just learnt so I wouldn't recommend doing it before an exam.

    Was up for 42 hours straight when my second boy was born. Up until he was born was easy with adrenaline etc. but afterwards, I spend the final 12 hours or so running about trying to look after my eldest, speak to family etc. That was absolutely horrendous, must've almost crashed the car about a dozen times anaw. Nothing compared to what the wife went through right enough, brutal that childbirth carry on. Give me an all nighter any day!

    Did it twice in January, felt like death the next day, but I had left research papers/essays late as I always do.

    Occasionally do them still, if I let things pile up at work. Only problem is compliance tend to query why I would be logged into the system at 3am etc :smiley-laughing002:
