    Do you mean someone who says hello to you?

    Or just seen someone on the street who you didn't know? * I see people I don't know every single day.

    It is a bit odd when someone says hello as if they've known me for years and I have no clue who they are, though.

    I was on me bike this morning and some chap on the other side of the street was on his.....he looked at me, I looked at him, neither of us knew each other, but it was a wan way street and we continued, completely parallel to one another, so technically no, no I haven't.
