if the fine is a fair price to pay for the use of flares, then the people using them should pay the fine.

As far as I'm concerned people doing these things are not supporting the club, they are simply using the club as a platform to promote/support their own cause.

 

These are generally the most devoted fans, these are the guys that spend a * of a lot of money (probably a decent proportion of the fines we get) travelling across Europe to support the bhoys. How is that not supporting the club?

 

how is knowingly costing the club supporting them? it seems to me they are devoted to singing songs that will get us fined and setting off flares while they follow the team. The club, players etc all ask that they dont do it, yet they still do

Aye you're right, the majority of our away support - the hardcore support of the club- who spend untold thousands each season following Celtic, aren't there to actually support the club but rather their own, unknown cause :smiley-laughing002:

Well, I guess we can't all be bad * enough to use flairs, I didnt realise its not support if you dont use flairs and then play the victim when the club are punished. Tell me how flairs are justified?
